Grimsby Community Preschool employs caring and experienced Registered Early Childhood Educators (R.E.C.E.s.). Registered Early Childhood Educators have been taught skills and knowledge to work with children (birth to 12 years) and their families in a variety of roles. The Early Childhood two-year college diploma includes courses to enable the ECE to understand human development and learn how to foster children’s learning through the creation of inclusive learning environments, designing curriculum, collaborating with relevant community agencies and achieving early childhood leadership and advocacy skills.
